nbaee Terms & Conditions

📋 1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between nbaee ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the nbaee website, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and instant win games. These Terms apply in their entirety and take precedence over any prior communication, whether verbal or written, between the Player and nbaee.

nbaee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the nbaee platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be read and understood in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from a translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.1 Governing Jurisdiction

nbaee operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform. The Platform does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and expressly disclaims responsibility for the Player's compliance with their local laws. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using nbaee is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.

1.2 Language of Agreement

This agreement is executed in the English language. All communications between nbaee and Players — including account notifications, promotional correspondence, support interactions, and dispute correspondence — are conducted in English. 👤 2. Eligibility & Accounts

2.1 Age Requirement

18+ Access to nbaee is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. nbaee does not permit minors to register, deposit funds, place wagers, or participate in any promotional activity. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and all funds, including any winnings, will be forfeited. nbaee may report underage gambling incidents to relevant authorities where required.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account on nbaee. Creating more than one account ("duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited regardless of the intent. Duplicate accounts identified by nbaee's fraud detection systems will be closed without notice. Balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided in their entirety.

2.3 Account Registration

To register on nbaee, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. Players must not impersonate any other individual, use fictitious information, or provide details belonging to another person. nbaee reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

nbaee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before processing a withdrawal request, or at any time at the discretion of nbaee's compliance team:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in the Player's name)
• A selfie holding the submitted ID document, upon specific request

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by nbaee may result in account restriction or closure. nbaee handles all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

2.5 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their nbaee account credentials. Any activity conducted through a Player's account is the responsibility of that Player, regardless of whether the activity was authorised by them. If a Player suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify nbaee immediately at [email protected] and change their password without delay. nbaee will not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to protect their login credentials.

💰 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nbaee currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nbaee does not impose currency conversion fees on transactions processed in Bangladeshi Taka; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or exchange rates independent of nbaee.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit on nbaee is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change. Players wishing to confirm current deposit limits for their preferred payment method should contact [email protected]. nbaee reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to Players depositing large amounts.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by nbaee to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically 3–5 banking days, subject to issuing bank processing times

nbaee reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's verified name.

3.4 Deposit of Winnings Policy

Players are prohibited from depositing funds with the intention of immediately withdrawing without genuine gaming activity. nbaee's fraud detection systems monitor for this behaviour. Players found to be cycling funds without genuine wager activity may have their accounts reviewed and withdrawal requests delayed or declined pending investigation.

🎁 4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

nbaee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spins credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and time limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms. As a general principle:

• Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements
• Live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10%
• Teen Patti and Andar Bahar contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms
• Sports betting wagers may contribute at a rate specified in the promotion terms

Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited without compensation.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

nbaee strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts; using low-risk or mathematically neutral betting strategies to meet wagering requirements while minimising variance; colluding with other Players to exploit bonus structures. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended.

4.4 nbaee's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

nbaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms may be updated to correct typographical errors, reflect changes in game availability, or comply with evolving best practices. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion change will be contacted by support if the change materially affects their existing wagering progress.

🎮 5. Game Rules & Fairness

5.1 Game Availability

nbaee's game library is subject to change. Games may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice, including due to provider licensing changes, technical issues, or strategic decisions. nbaee does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.

5.2 RNG Certification

All casino games on nbaee that use a random number generator — including slots, virtual table games, and instant win games — utilise RNG software certified by independent testing laboratories. Certification is renewed on a periodic basis. RNG certificates are available upon request by contacting [email protected]. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated by nbaee, game providers, or Players.

5.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games offered on nbaee are streamed in real time from studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules governing live dealer games — including card dealing procedures, payout tables, and side bet rules — are those of the applicable game provider and are displayed within the game interface. nbaee does not control live dealer game outcomes and is not responsible for technical interruptions caused by third-party streaming infrastructure.

5.4 Sports Betting

nbaee's sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, and other sports. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. Bets are confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation notification within the nbaee platform. nbaee reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds due to pricing errors.

5.5 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption during a game session, nbaee will investigate the incident and, where possible, restore the game to its last verifiable state using server-side game logs. Where restoration is not possible, bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed software malfunction are not payable.

📜 6. User Obligations

By using nbaee, you agree to comply with all applicable obligations set out in these Terms. Your core obligations as a Player include but are not limited to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and throughout your continued use of nbaee. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must maintain the security and confidentiality of your nbaee account credentials and not share them with any third party.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the nbaee platform in place of a human Player.
• You must not engage in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or any other form of dishonest play that adversely affects the integrity of games or sports markets on nbaee.
• You must not attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any identified vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] promptly.
• You must use the nbaee platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial purpose, including operating a syndicate or acting as an agent for other bettors.
• You must comply with all anti-money laundering obligations, including ensuring that funds deposited with nbaee originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.

🔐 7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their nbaee account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course before account closure is finalised. Players who close their account voluntarily and later wish to reopen it may submit a reactivation request to the support team; however, nbaee is not obligated to approve such requests.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gaming activity has become problematic may request self-exclusion via the Account Settings section of the nbaee platform, or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is active, the Player will not be permitted to reopen or access their account for the duration of the exclusion period. nbaee encourages any Player experiencing difficulty managing their gaming to use this tool without hesitation.

7.3 nbaee's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

nbaee reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes
• Use of automated tools, bots, or exploits
• Provision of false registration information
• Player found to be under 18 years of age

Where an account is closed by nbaee due to a confirmed breach, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at nbaee's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a formal dispute to [email protected].

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant by nbaee. nbaee will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player at the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates their account by logging in.

⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

nbaee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While nbaee strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime target, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. nbaee will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows where reasonably practicable.

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbaee's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their nbaee account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

nbaee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the nbaee platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, even if nbaee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Third-Party Services

nbaee is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party services integrated into the platform, including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard), and telecommunications providers. Disputes arising from third-party service failures should be directed first to the relevant third party.

8.5 Contact & Dispute Resolution

Players who wish to raise a complaint or dispute regarding their nbaee account should contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance. nbaee aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 calendar days. Complex disputes may take longer to investigate, in which case the Player will be kept informed of progress at reasonable intervals.
